Michael A. Tortorici is one of the Founding Members of Ariel Property Advisors. Serving the company as a Vice President and investment sales professional, Mr. Tortorici is responsible for executing the sale of the company’s exclusive listings and participating in a variety of business development initiatives.
Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2004, Mr. Tortorici has participated in the sale of over 600 transactions worth more than $2 billion in gross consideration.
While his track record gives him a wide range of experience in marketing and selling a variety of asset types and sizes throughout the New York area, he has been especially active in selling residential, mixed-use and affordable housing multifamily and development properties.
In addition to serving private clients, Mr. Tortorici has represented many institutional and non-profit clients, including The Catholic Archdiocese of New York, The Watchtower, L+M Partners and Two Trees. He has also been a source for various publications, including The New York Times, The Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, and Real Estate Weekly.
Prior to his role at Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Tortorici spent seven years at Massey Knakal Realty Services, where his last role was serving as the Sales Team Manager for the Northern Manhattan team. Mr. Tortorici graduated with honors from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Economics and Management.
